Just make sure about bed size! ours supposed to be king but was 2 single beds linked together as king!

Crowd was not gud enugh, cant be used as Business Hotel as place is not conducive to call visitors for business.Just as Solo traveller with work outside making busines calls.

Too much noise from restuarant

Its location near the kbw metro station which will take you any where you wish, and also it is facing Burjman shopping mall, it has resturants, cofee shops, ATMs, nice shops.

The noise of the three discos in the hotel, and the crowds that hangs out side its enterance.

waiting time with arrival and waiting time with check pout ladsted longer than my stay in the hotel. 1 hard working woman had to take care of all in and out and telephone.. meal ordered in the room did not come.

This time only the location and room

On arrival at 05.30am on the 13th, as requested in my booking I was told there was no booking for me from Booked.net, I showed the duty manager the sms on my mobile showing that my credit card had in fact been pre- authorised by the hotel, I was given a room (Same as requested) but had to pay 150 aed for that morning I.E. paying for the 12th Sep due to check in / check out timings, I then had to pay 345 aed for the 13th / 14th stay and 345 aed for the 14th / 15th stay. Money is not the issue here it is the inconvenience of having to argue with hotel staff at 05.30an in the morning after having just travelled 15.5 hours.

The hotel is very clean with many amenities. It is very close to the shopping where you can do your last shopping before your final destination. It is also close to the Spinneys supermarket where you can buy many other things.

For someone who wants a simple room that is clean and comfortable and is planning to enjoy more of the city rather than the hotel itself or wants to check-in like at 7 pm and leave at 1 pm the next morning I can say this: The place is worth the money, and 1 night is just not enough to really give any better opinion than the following: - Amazing view from the swimming pool and very relaxing Jacuzzi on the roof (only issue is Jacuzzi doesn't work at night) - Very Romantic place to have dinner/sheesha with your lover at night on the roof top (Ofcourse you have to pay seperate) - I stept into the two night clubs/bars to have an idea about what goes inside these places and now i know why Islam is against it and why it should be so, however anyone into that sort of thing (VERY HOT!!!) - I really liked the breakfast buffet because it gave you a variety of things to chose from (French toast with honey/jam sandwiches) (Omelette with sausages and orange juice) SO YUMMY even as I am TYPING THIS) - Oh! one last thing is what kept me going in and out of my room were the beautiful and very delicious (i dont know what to call them) pastries near the receptionist. They were so beautiful i had to have a photo taken along with it!!

I was waiting for this to lash-out on the hotel, but I am just going to state based on experience. I had reached my room from my outing with my wife and was not planning to sleep(though I was very tired), and it was around 2 am. I needed coffee real bad and so I opened a coffee sachet poured it into the cup available, then after heating the water I put the hot water into the cup and noticed there was only enough sugar for 1 person. So me as generous as I am I decided to put what was available for my wife, called room service and ordered some sugar. (They said Ok! Sir only 5 minute!) I swear to you I am not lying when I say the following: From how much I was desperate for something to wake me I woke up at around 8 15am and found my fat ass on the same freakin couch!! Only to find out as I went for breakfast that the freakin room service room was 2 rooms away from us. We were in room 128 and room service/housekeeping 130. How the hell did they mess that up! Also! At check-in they say we put a hold on the amount, but really they charge the card and then ask you to pay on top of that so you stand there thinking where the hell am I gonna get 300 dhs more now! Then they say ok but we need 100 dh deposit. Do you have an idea how far an extra 100 can go for you in Dubai?!! The worst thing I dislike about the hotel is that they lied on the phone! They said that they had balconies but they did not!

very good location, heart of the city, reasonable price, good service,excellent staff, very clean and comfort. many times i stay at regent palace..comfortable stay with small kids....we will prefer next time....

I know the hotel very well and have been there several times. Good things for me: if I have to go for business, it is close to our Dubai office. For pleasure: Rock Bottom is in the hotel and there is a shisha lounge upstairs which is open till very late. The location is perfect since there is a mall opposite the street and also the entrance to the metro. If I go to Dubai, I usually don't think twice and book the Regent Palace.

I was about to cheated by one of reception staff. He said your booking is not confirm because of credit card prob. I said no prob I am present here and i will pay cash now. Then he said I had given this room to other and hotel is full. If you still want to stay here then you have to pay double money. Then I just fired on that guy and said you cannot cancel my booking, because I got mail from bookin.com as after 6 pm my booking will get cancel. Then he given room to me. He spoiled my one and half hour.
